July was a busy month where hard-working students all over the UK transitioned into successful graduates! Amongst the many talented was Hardy Caprio who we would like to feature as this month’s #VSNARY.
Hardy Caprio graduated with a First Class degree in Finance and Accounting from Brunel University which is a massive achievement and we are so proud of him! Despite juggling his music career and being hospitalised last year, he pushed past the obstacles in his way and proved that, if you really want something, you can obtain it!
Studying for school exams, writing university dissertations or even completing job applications can easily become stressful at times and we believe Hardy Caprio is a role model to so many youngsters facing these difficult times right now.
Inspired by Hardy Caprio’s achievements, we’ve put together 3 pointers to help you stay motivated towards your studies or other goals you’ve set yourself for 2018:
Stay focused on your goals & block out the noise.
There will always be someone who doesn’t believe in your vision or will oppose your ideas but the only thing that matters is self-belief. If you really believe in yourself and your capabilities, you will smash those goals!
Manage your time well.
Time - one of the most precious commodities. Time is money, so spend it as well as you would spend your pay check! Schedule in time for revision and prioritise tasks accordingly so you’re not rushing for last minute deadlines. Invest your time in activities that will reward you with good grades, better skills and all round positive energy - stay away from unnecessary drama or those who are trying to bring you down. They are only distracting you from reaching your goals.
Compete against yourself, not your peers.
Everyone is different. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses and it doesn’t make sense to compare two people who are completely different. Always compete against yourself and strive to become better at what you do, every single day. If you’re busy focusing on what others are doing, you’re not focusing on realising your own dreams!
We wish you all the best of luck with your goals for the rest of 2018. There are still 4 months left of the year and it’s never too late to start working on your dreams. It’s time to #LEVELUP.
Congratulations again to Hardy Caprio who is really out here living his best life…! Catch his latest video ‘Best Life’ and ‘Unsigned’ below which together, totalled over 16million views on Youtube!
